To set the Twitter social network options go to Admin Panel > System Configuration > Social Media > Twitter.

Within Twitter social network settings you can set up job posting from your job board site to Twitter web-site (www.twitter.com).
Exporting can be done automatically according to the task scheduler settings or manually via Admin Panel.
