Using the Translate Phrases section of the Admin Panel you can translate phrases of the existing languages, add new phrases and delete needless ones.

To get to this page you need to go to Admin Panel > Language Management > Translate Phrases.
On the opened page you will see the Manage Phrases search form:

Set the needed search criteria to easily find a needed phrase(s) and press the “Show” button. The search results will be displayed below in the tabular format on the same page.

If you want all phrases of a certain language to be displayed – only select the language and press the “Show” button:

Editing a Phrase in one Language

If you need to edit the particular phrase only in one language – click on that phrase.

For example if you want to edit the phrase ‘Job Search’ in Spanish, then you need to click on the ‘Buscar Ofertas’ phrase.
There will be the dialog box opened where you can edit this phrase.

You can edit the ‘Job Search’ phrase value in Spanish the way you need. Then press the “Save” button at the bottom of the dialog box.
The new value will be submitted to this phrase and displayed in the phrases table.

Deleting a phrase

You can delete any of the phrases from the system if needed.

For that – click on the red “Delete” icon opposite a certain phrase you want to be deleted.

Adding a New Phrase

You can also add new phrases to a language. For that click on the “Add new” link located over the phrases table.
The “Add Phrase” page will be opened with the following form:

 

Phrase ID - ID of the needed phrase;

Domain - category of phrases, which determines the context of the phrase. By default in the system there are 2 domains - Frontend (for frontend phrases) and Backend (for Admin Panel phrases).

And then enter the value of a new phrase in all existing languages to the appropriate text-fields.
Press the “Save” button at the bottom of the form to save the new phrase.
