Using the Export Users menu of the Admin Panel you can export any users and select the needed user properties to export.

To export users go to Admin Panel > Users > Export Users.
On the opened 'Export Users' page you will see forms to fill in to set parameters for exportation.
Admin has to specify properties for exportation on the 'Export Users' page. If there are no specified properties then exportation will not be done and the message 'There are no selected properties. Select at least one property to export' will appear.

Export Filter

You can filter users for exportation by required parameters. For this purpose you need to fill in the 'Export Filter' form with the appropriate data:

The filter includes the following fields:

  1. User ID - ID of an exporting user:
  2. Username- username of an exporting user;
  3. User Group- select a needed user group or select 'Any' to export users belonging to all users groups;
  4. Membership Plan - select one or more Membership Plans exporting user(s) should be subscribed to;
  5. Registration Date - you can set a range of registration dates. Then only users with the registration dates from the specified range will be exported; to set the date – click on the red calendar icon next to a field;
  6. Featured - set this flag if you want only featured users to be exported.

System User Properties to Export

To export system user properties (system fields) select the properties in the 'System User Properties to Export' form:

Use “Select” and “Deselect” links to get all properties boxes selected or unselected.

Below the 'System User Properties to Export' setion you can see the Job Seeker and Employer User Properties to Export sections:

There you can select certain properties to be exported of one or both User Groups depending on your needs.


After filling in all the Export Users page fields the way you need – press the ‘Export’ button at the bottom of the page.
The dialog window for the exported file saving (or opening) will be opened. There you need to choose the local path on your computer where you want the file to be saved.
Exportation will be done in 'tar.gz' extension format. By default the exported file is called 'users.tar.gz'

It consists of the 'export.csv' file and three folders: 'files', 'pictures' and 'video'. The exported user properties will be saved in the Excel format file ('export.csv').
You can see the example of the exported file in the picture below:

Field values of Boolean type are saved as 1 or 0 (1 - true | 0 - false). On the picture below you can see this in the “featured” column – ‘1’ means ‘featured’ and ‘0’ means ‘not featured’.

Users pictures will be saved in the 'pictures' folder. The 'pictures' column in the 'export.csv' file will contain relative paths. Picture paths will be separated with ";" (semicolon). A picture name is composed of a user ID and an order number of a picture separated by underscore.

Users video will be saved in the 'video' folder. The 'video' column in the 'export.csv' file will contain relative paths. A video name is composed of a user ID.

Other user files will be saved in the 'files' folder.
